Internships are a great opportunity to learn on the job. It helps freshers and students to transition to the field of their choice.
Museo Camera can be an exciting place to work and learn for freshers who want to make a career in the field of photography, art, events, exhibitions & museums. Unlike traditional museums, Museo Camera not only showcases the iconic objects tracing the history and evolution of photography, it’s an ever-evolving thriving space showcasing art, promoting artists and inspiring future artists. Interning here would mean an opportunity to interact with some of the veterans in the field, observe them work, assist them and learn from them. The work includes planning and executing, facilitating workshops, organising shows, talks, events, handling outreach programmes, as well as marketing and social media outreach. At Museo Camera, we usually don’t offer defined roles or departments to the interns. Roles and responsibilities are assigned based on the skill set and expectation of the interns. It is a great place to learn how modern museums function.
Museo Camera offers internships ranging from 3 months to 6 months. All our internships are full time and require the interns to be present in the museum 6 days a week.
